I gave a presentation the other day to a whole group of Romanian university students trying to apply for grad school in the US.
Rachel and I collaborated on it, and found that the students really, really needed the information. The American higher education system is pretty confusing, with all of its independent universities that have these exorbitant price tags and differences in the qualities of education and calibers of the degrees they offer.
Hopefully, Rachel and I can work together to build up the Cluj Education USA office and give out advice to the students. Growing up in the US, a lot of the information is obvious to us, but most of them were really grateful to get the advice.
I could use some structured activities in my week anyway.
